Inspired by and named after her vivacious Grandmother, Kelly Ghali launched Billie in 2022 with a desire to create a collection of luxurious, playful, fun and wearable 1970’s inspired sundresses and separates. During her time in Cape Town, Kelly saw a gap in the market to create one-off, individual pieces that embrace the colour and vibrancy of southern Africa but with a European twist. With a focus on quality, and a desire to make each piece stand out, Billie dresses are hand sewn with individually chosen trims and finished with intricate details that will make every item your favourite go-to piece.
Styled around a grown-up but, flirtatious mood, Billie’s collection of easy, wearable summer dresses, skirts and tops in natural fabrics feature hand-crafted African and original floral prints. All garments are made locally in Cape Town supporting fair trade production.

Choose your size – please message us if you have any questions re: sizing, we will help you choose the right size for you. We offer 4 size options UK 6 (XS), 8 (S), 10 (M) &12 (L).
We will email or WhatsApp you the prints available, finalise your choice and email you an invoice.
You send payment and once we have received the funds we will make your Billie garments and ship to you within 3 weeks.
We use DHL to ship worldwide from Cape Town. Shipping costs may differ depending on your location.
